Melangion is a collaborative home for artists and producers dedicated to promoting inclusive representation. Showcasing high quality art and co-producing creative projects lies at the heart of what we do.
We love hearing and sharing stories with local and global communities. Projects include carrying out action research and running workshops, learning as we go. Curation for us is a form of research as well as presentation: a place for learning and collaboration.
Member mentoring has helped individuals to identify development paths, to strengthen voices and choices. Work with organisations includes research and training to promote quality visitor experience, to build back better by fostering wider audience engagement.
We understand the importance of telling diverse stories in a complex world.
Previous adventures include projects at BBC, Ruskin College, Tate Modern, Leeds Museums and Galleries.
